• Sales or Retail Background ( 1+ years preferred):  Prior experience is helpful, but if you’re enthusiastic, coachable, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

• Client-Facing Role Experience : If you’ve had to handle customer questions, pitch ideas, or manage relationships, that’s a huge plus.

• Exceptional Communication :  You’re a friendly, clear communicator who can simplify technical details for any audience.

• Collaboration & Teamwork : You enjoy bouncing ideas off others and working together to find the best solutions.

• Basic Tech Familiarity : Comfort with CRM tools, email outreach, and standard office software.

• Prototyping & User Research Knowledge : You understand (or are eager to learn) how mockups and feedback loops can shape a product’s development and improve customer satisfaction.

• Problem-Solving Mindset : A natural curiosity to dig deeper and find creative ways to meet client needs.
