1. Service Cancellations

- You can cancel a service within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has commenced.

- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the3shul@gmail.com.

2. Refunds

- If no work has started on the project, a full refund will be issued.

- If the project has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed.

- No refunds will be processed once the project is completed and delivered.

3. Refund Processing

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

- Services involving third-party costs, such as ad spend or platform subscriptions, are non-refundable.
